Care Forward’s first state-of-the-art Wellness Centre was officially opened over five years ago at the Rosny office. since then, we have expanded these centres to offices in Launceston and Devonport.

Boasting contemporary exercise equipment suitable for both individual and group classes, as well as private consultation rooms for one-on-one sessions with nutritionists and other health specialists, the the Wellness Centres provide a central hub for Care Forward’s participants and their families to access high quality services and information.

The Rosny Centre is essentially the main site for our Up and About program, which has helped to significantly reduce our participants' reliance on medications and mobility equipment and help restore the independence that is so important for all of us, particularly as we get older.
