On 23rd November 2018, Care Forward were thrilled and honoured to accept the Prime Super award for Employer Excellence in Aged Care as part of Tasmanian Community Achievement Awards. It is a real testament to our vibrant and very special staff culture.
These awards recognise and reward the valuable contributions made to the community by Tasmanian individuals and businesses. Our nominated (and winning!) category acknowledges the organisations who prioritise the safety and wellbeing of staff, encourage further training and learning opportunities and cultivates a positive and engaging work environment.
A number of our Care Forward team attended the gala presentation dinner, held at The Grand Chancellor in Hobart. It was a wonderful evening complete with great musical entertainment from the Night Shift Cover Band and hosted by MC Tom Cooper, Southern Cross Television’s sports presenter.
While the award may have been regarding Care Forward, it truly belongs to everyone in Care Assess and Care Consultancy as well – the tireless and valuable contributions that all of our committed staff give every day makes our company what it is.
At Care Forward we are proud to acknowledge that our primary purpose and reason for existence lies in bringing increased health, wellbeing and independence to older Tasmanians.
Core to the company’s integrated health and wellbeing policy is connection and contribution to the community; this fosters an increased morale and wellbeing for all employees.
