Care Forward remains committed to delivering services to support your safety, health and wellbeing.
During this time of COVID-19 the management of Care Forward meets at least weekly to consider the advice and guidance provided by the State and Commonwealth Governments and make decisions to support the health, safety and wellbeing of clients, staff and other service providers.
Care Forward has implemented a robust COVID Management Plan and emergency procedures to be used in the case of an outbreak.
All Care Forward staff receive regular training in infection control, hand hygiene, use of PPE and COVID-19 safety.
We encourage all our clients, their families and friends, and staff to access the Tasmanian Government coronavirus website regularly for up-to-date information on any restrictions that may apply and information on COVID-19 vaccination.
